Hello

Can anyone tell from the attached images/drawings if the wall I want to take down is load-bearing? Or provide tips on a professional who can give an opinion.

Thanks in advance

Close-up of a wooden wall cavity with a measuring tape inside. A person removing plaster from an interior wall, revealing wooden lath underneath. The image relates to determining if the wall is load-bearing. Architectural floor plans showing two apartment layouts with marked walls in question for potential removal assessment. Blueprint showing a cross-section of a multi-story building with marked apartment; includes a site plan. Request for advice on whether a wall is load-bearing.

There should not be load-bearing thin wooden walls, the stairwell is likely load-bearing. BUT if it is a condominium, you should have approval from the board in advance. And be careful not to damage any ventilation ducts in the process.

I have received approval from the board provided that the wall's potentially load-bearing function is handled in a professional manner (e.g. offsetting with a steel beam).
