I'm wondering if the gable on my house could be load-bearing.
When I was about to remove a double patio door and install a window instead, which is wider than the patio door, there are 3x34mm "studs" on both sides of the door.
I believe this is to hold the modules together before they were mounted, but I thought I'd check if anyone has an opinion here before I cut them.
The house is from 1970 and built by Hultfredsindustrierna.
Can I safely cut these studs?
