I break everything that goes in and out of the garage because there is such a height difference between the ground and the garage floor. I have to use 3 boards to even it out a bit.
I have a pile of gravel lying around, blue, what is this supposed to be used for, could it be suitable to spread out along the garage door and flatten it so it becomes hard perhaps.
Or should I cast, or any other suggestions on how to create a gentle driveway right at the doors.

It looks a bit like 0-8 crush from a distance, and if it is, it will suffice as a ramp to your garage. You'll probably need to rake it once a year or so, depending on the traffic. The advantage over a cast solution is that if it starts to shift, you can easily adjust the gravel.
