Wondering how to best frame up a concrete floor with water-based underfloor heating.
The floor has a level difference from the rest of the room's floor of about 150mm and is currently tiled with clinker.
My idea is to remove the existing clinker and frame up and lay chipboard to bring it to the same level as the other floor.
Is some type of sill insulation and/or ventilation needed between the concrete floor and the chipboard to remove any moisture?

How did you think about the heat then? It will probably be harder to get warm with underfloor heating...

No problem. This is just an area of about 1.6x1.6 meters in an open floor plan. The rest of the floor plan is open at about 40m² where there is underfloor heating.
