I have a mobile home on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain with some moisture on the sides near the roof. I want to ask a little before I tear down too much. Could it be because the insulation is too tight against the aluminum sheet/roofing sheet and it's not a leak but condensation forming?
At the campsite, I see that some have put an extra roof over the old one. I see that some place pre-made sections with construction foam directly on, and some have a rather large gap in between.
WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
