I was thinking of laying roofing felt on a patio floor and then decking on top of it, what kind of felt should I use and how do I attach it since it's made of concrete? There's no roof over it right now and no possibility to add one. The problem is that it leaks into the garage through cracks in the concrete, which is beneath the patio.

?? no one who knows?

It sounds like the roof is almost flat, then I would have laid a fully welded rubber membrane like http://www.takcentrum.se/00141/00150/ which would be the best according to me.

I have this myself and it becomes completely waterproof with a long life span (I was promised).
The membrane is welded together at the seams with a hot air gun and costs about 350/m2 (including labor). The advantage is that you can make it tight against corners, angles, etc.
You can also lay gravel, tiles, or whatever you want other than decking.

Thanks, I'll take a look at it. If I want to mount it myself, how much does the screen cost then?

No idea about the price of the material, but I wouldn't have installed it myself. It's important that it is sealed properly, and hot air welding the seams requires some experience.

I've seen that others have bought entire sheets (from Trelleborg?) that can be laid out without welding.
