I'm in the process of remodeling the kitchen at home and planning to install renovation plasterboard as the removal of the old tiles took some of the plaster with it from the concrete walls. So it will be 6 mm plasterboard and then concrete. How do I attach my new kitchen to this surface? Should the plugs be for concrete or for plasterboard? Grateful for answers. Best regards, Johanna
Concrete plug. But, are you planning to glue a 6mm to tile on? You can glue that afterwards. In that case, or you can use gypsum plaster and skip the gypsum

the idea is that the new tiles will not be as high up as what I have now and I thought that I would put a drywall to even it out and then paint white on what will not be tiled and then, I was thinking, put a drywall from floor to ceiling or is that unnecessarily much?
