Hi, it's taking such a damn long time with the frames because we have to align the warped frame timber we bought. Where can one get hold of laminated timber that's completely straight? It would save a lot of time when making the frames.
I would like to know that too..

As always, quite in a hurry, there's no time for planning ahead
Crazy that the crap they sell can't be used properly

45x95 but 50x95 would work too, for example, there's plenty of space in the door openings in the walls.
edit: The doors are from the 20s and all different, so I'll probably have to add a lining for the rebate depth.

Where/what have you bought?
Spontaneously, I would suggest going to a carpentry shop and ordering planed and rabbeted wood according to your measurements.
It doesn't take so long to set up the router and cut the rabbet. Then you can cut and do other things yourself if you want.
If it's not wider than 95 mm, I usually don't glue it together, and if we usually make the frames 43 mm thick so that it can plane 50 mm wood. If it needs to be thicker, then it will be glued.
An alternative is to glue together two thinner pieces, one of which is thinner to create a rabbet.
