Hello
Just wanted to show how I've made my wine cellar, if anyone has any suggestions for improvement or ideas, please comment.
I've concluded not to use a Platon mat on the ceiling.
As it becomes too tight. You want to achieve 70% humidity which should be able to migrate through the floor/wall. I only have 100mm of stone wool ground insulation and ground fabric, as well as Isodrän board on the wall and ground fabric.

It will be a heated (Man Cave) and pool house on top, with the pool next to it, and 2 wine cellars with an entrance from the basement.
For the ceiling, I took concrete tubes for wells that I cut in half, with 100mm ground insulation and fabric.
Inside, there will be bricks on the sand floor and a brick ceiling with plastered walls to achieve as stable a climate as possible.
I have 35m ground pipes 4m underground for inlet to ventilation, so the air cools in the summer and warms in the winter. There are 3 inlets for ventilation, 1 in the tunnel to the wine cellar (pre-cooling) as the adjacent room is heated. And one in each cellar and outlet air in the ceilings.
I have also directed the cooled exhaust air to my root cellar.
I have a good link on what to consider when building a root cellar.

Sending some pictures of my construction.

Great job!
Thanks, the missus wasn't home to stop me this time.
She says it always tends to get out of hand when I'm about to do something.

Since childhood, I've always loved catacombs under castles etc., So this is a dream :) But it will take some time.

What was the cost of the event?

What did the municipality say when you applied for a building permit?

a thought that comes up...

drainage/stormwater or what it's called...

is it the black pipe this is led to and then supposed to be pumped out through?

or how is the water led away?

A bit Fritzl-like now, but it'll probably turn out fine :-)
