Joist hanger with bearing surface, where to buy?

Hello,

In another thread on the forum, I've discussed moving a load-bearing post in a carport.
I'm looking for this type of beam shoe, which rests on top of the beam and is also screwed into it. But I can't find this anywhere when I search around?


Where can one find this?
