It looks like an eternit panel (i.e. asbestos cement). However, somewhat confusing color difference between the images.

Could also be a fiber cement board.

The lower image feels more like typical eternit. But as 13th Marine writes, the time of purchase says a lot.

Asbestos hasn't been used since the mid-70s, so the odds seem very low that he got hold of one.
If you bought it in the last 20 years, it's a Steni board! Or Minarit, different brand names.
