Is there any difference in fiber cement boards?

I have a cold storage room built with leca where the plastering turned out to be poor, and I am now considering putting up frames and installing panels instead. I've looked at Cembrit fiber cement, but I've seen that Byggmax has a fiber cement subfloor panel for a significantly cheaper price. Can I use that instead? Fiber cement as fiber cement? Costs a fraction of Cembrit.

There's a difference in that, yes.
There are baseboards, for example, Steni has them.
