A bag of coarse concrete from Byggmax requires 3 liters of water. I think I mixed 2 bags with 9 liters of water instead of 6. The concrete became quite loose, and the cardboard tube has stayed moist on its own unlike the other pillars... but still, the pillar feels hard and sturdy now a couple of days later. The pillar is about 1m high and 200mm in diameter, has 4 reinforcing bars in it, and will stick up 5cm above ground. Will the load-bearing capacity be so poor that I should redo it, or will it handle a small deck?

The strength of the concrete has likely dropped to a few MPa instead of several tens of MPa, but I don't think the load from a small patio will be a problem. If there are problems, I think they are more likely to be with durability since concrete with such low strength is capillary-absorbing and prone to frost damage.
