Is Mursand mandatory for Mortar

I bought two bags of colored mortar (specially ordered to match the color of the mortar between the bricks on my house) of Finja Murbruk M 2.5
The idea is that I will replace damaged bricks and repair in various places.

Now my question is, is it necessary to mix the mortar with Mursand?

If you bought mortar, it already contains sand.
Check the bag, it probably says you just need to add water.

Thank you for the quick response. Yes, it states the amount of water that should be used (see image). So you mean that no mursand is used at all?

There is sand in it. So in a way, you do. 2.5 is the size of the sand in mm.
