is an 8mm plug enough for a bar table 1 leg + furniture bracket against the wall?

I was thinking about using 2 furniture brackets 1dm in from the edge so they are less visible. The table is 70cm wide. http://www.clasohlson.com/se/Möbelvinkel/Pr211333002

I have some type of lightweight concrete, is it enough with 2 8mm plugs without having to worry if you lean over the table?

I would rather have taken a sturdier bracket, like this one for example.

Then you can set a couple of screws with plugs in each bracket.

Check that screws fitting 8mm plugs fit in the holes on the iron. I would have chosen smaller plugs and a different angle iron, as KnockOnWood suggests.

I would probably have put a rail on the wall instead for the board to rest on, you shouldn't need so many screws in the concrete then.

Yes, it might look a bit nicer from below, but you still need the same number of screws/fasteners anyway.
