Interior walls

Hello

We are going to build a loose-timber house with a Ytong light concrete frame. Now we have started to consider whether the interior walls should be light concrete or wooden studs, insulation, plasterboard, etc.

If we choose Light Concrete
+mold
+moisture
+pests
+cracking
-cost
-time
-electrical installation (will be a bit anyway since the outer shell is light concrete)

We would like to hear how others have thought and done.

What should be on the inside of the lightweight concrete structure?
No inside frame with installation layer etc.?

No exactly, instead it will be plaster/putty and wallpaper directly on the aerated concrete.
