Interior wall with steel studs, OSB and drywall

I am going to install an interior wall with steel studs. The steel studs will be 70 mm thick and the spacing will be 45 cm. The wall will be covered first with 11 mm OSB and then 13 mm drywall.

1. The U-shaped tracks mounted on walls and ceiling come in various heights/depths. What are the advantages of low versus high tracks and which should be chosen?

2. I have read somewhere that there should be a gap between the drywall and the ceiling/floor. Is that correct, and what about the gap towards the walls? I want good sound insulation, and is it okay to fill the gap with sealant?

3. Same question as number two, but for the OSB board.

4. An ELFA wardrobe system will be mounted on the wall. Will the wall be strong enough, or does it need to be reinforced in some way?

2: the tip can be mounted flush against the ceiling and other walls, but leave a few mm of air against any concrete slab

3: osb is wood that will move, swell, and shrink due to moisture, it is recommended to mount it with a few mm between anything it might push against

I leave 1 and 4 to someone else... I'm personally interested in getting tips on suitable screws that hold well in osb. Assembly screws weren't very good.

1/ The higher ones are good if you're, for example, going to float a floor or otherwise need a slightly higher construction height (e.g., when you're going to install a skirting board).
2 & 3/ If you want to achieve the best possible sound insulation, leave the gypsum/OSB with a 5 mm gap and seal with, for example, Sikacryl_s or a similar acoustic sealant that doesn't crack.
4./ It will hold. However, I would have skipped OSB and used K-plyfa instead.
