I have a bit of "pul" ahead of me with two interior walls.

I need to close off a doorway on one wall measuring 12.8 cm in width.
Should I use 45x45 or 45x70 studs? Planning to attach drywall and chipboard afterwards. Possibly also OSB. How will the durability be if I want to attach kitchen cabinets on one side of the wall later?

The other wall was previously an exterior wall. The width measurement there is 21.4 cm. Should I use 45x70 studs or more there? The latter option means needing to "fill" the space with smaller boards, but how will the durability be then?
