I'm going to frame an interior wall. 45x70 studs. 70mm rockwool insulation, then attach interior paneling. But what I'm wondering is whether I need something between the insulation and the paneling, like a vapor barrier or something to prevent fibers from swirling around/out into the room. What does the forum expertise say?

No, it's not needed if you use tongue and groove paneling. If you use regular boards with gaps in between, you usually have wind barrier paper or another fabric behind.

Thank you very much. They are simple spontaneous 21mm inner panels, which will be laid horizontally.
