Narrow blocks are trickier to lay than wider ones. You don't get real stability if you lay too many courses in the same work session. I would have opted for 120mm blocks or only laid 4-5 courses per day.
Don't forget to pin into the concrete block so that the pins land in the bed joint of your new wall. Every third course is adequate. Additionally, reinforce the wall every third course.
It can sometimes be difficult to get the pins to sit properly in the concrete block. In such cases, inject chemical anchor/anchor mass into the pinhole.
