looking at a house from -46, plastered facade in fine condition, and considering internal additional insulation. my question, can I run new electrical wiring in conduit in the new wall (45x45 studs + insulation) and then connect the new wiring to the old one which is drawn in the existing timber wall?
but on the other hand I can use the old wiring to run new wires all the way, just attach new wires to the old ones at the electrical panel and pull 
and have a qualified electrician connect it on the other hand again, when I think about it, there's no huge reason to insulate either, the house is currently heated with 2-3m3 of oil/year and a pellet conversion will cost me about 12000/year for heating, if I also replace the innermost pane in the windows with energy glass with better U-value, I should get fairly cheap heating anyway?
