Is there insulation besides foam plastic that is not as sensitive to moisture?

I was thinking of replacing the panel on a shed that is not insulated today, but there is space to put in insulation. I was thinking of not spending too much work on this if there isn't an easier solution.

There is no heat source in the shed.

All mineral wool is completely insensitive to moisture.

(Yes, except that it insulates worse the more moisture there is, but that also applies to cellular plastic)

How is it best to do if one insulates?
If you have a normal house, you usually place the vapor barrier on the inside of the insulation against the inner wall.
It will be a bit warmer in the storage than outside, so I'm wondering if it might start to mold?

Would it work if I put insulation - plastic - wind barrier - outer panel?

Stone wool has better moisture permeability than glass wool.

If you haven't decided whether to have it cold or heated, you can install a ångbroms on the inside instead of a vapor barrier.
