Insulation or not in the sunroom?

Hi,
I have just started tearing off the panel under the windows in my sunroom because it was really bad. Now it turns out that this wasn't the only issue, I need to replace quite a few studs and more because water has gotten in and caused rot.
Does anyone have any thoughts on whether I should insulate the wall under the windows or not? I have a "regular" wall underneath and windows above. It is insulated now, but the question is whether it's really necessary, as there is hardly any insulation in my single-pane windows...

Depends on how you use the room... If you're going to heat it up occasionally, it's not a bad idea, but otherwise, it's a waste of money.
