I have a cold storage in my basement. The basement foundation and the wall against the rest of the basement consist of lecablock, and some rock protrudes into the cold storage.

Above the cold storage, I have a bedroom with waterborne underfloor heating on chipboard + parquet flooring.

Above the rest of the basement - which is heated - the intermediate floor is filled with cellulose-based loose fill, but I refrained from filling the space above the cold storage as I was unsure about how suitable cellulose would be above a cold area with heat from above.

How should I insulate, do you think?

My thoughts mainly revolve around compact insulation boards, such as stone wool - but perhaps I need to insulate for condensation somewhere? On top of the underfloor heating and its plates is Kährs plastic with foam "flakes" in it, but it's not completely airtight.

The beams are about 20 cm, and there is some electrical wiring that needs to be completed in between eventually.
