An old animal barn with stone walls and concrete floors will be transformed into a heated workshop.

Yes, I know it's best to insulate on the outside, but that's not possible in this case, so I don't need that tip.
Yes, I know it's easier to build new, but unless someone wants to donate a million, this is not an option.
The idea is to keep the current walls but extend the barn in both height and length by partially chipping away the existing floor to then cast a new floor with underfloor heating and build new walls with isoblock.
The barn, built sometime in the thirties, has brick walls, so some form of insulation is needed, and I would prefer to avoid involving plaster and wood in the wall construction.
I have received tips to build a new inner wall with thin Leca with an air gap against the existing inner wall and then fill the void with Perlite.
