I have a newly built basement room constructed with 25 cm Leca, insulated with Platon membrane, Platon mat, and 70 mm EPS on the outside. The room is built on a concrete slab with 300 mm insulation in the slab and water-based underfloor heating.
Now, the room will be used by our son as a teen room, and therefore we want to insulate the room on the inside so that the walls don't "feel cold," how do we do that??
1. Should we just plaster and paint the walls?
2. Can we build a frame and insulate on the inside?
3. Can we perhaps build a frame, insulate and leave an air gap at the floor and ceiling for ventilation?
If the latter, how do you do that??
Are there other suggestions?
What is best to do??

/Ulf!
