Insulate Basement Wall?

Hi, I am going to re-drain my basement and cover it with Podrän on the outside. Is there anything to cover the inside with that "breathes," or is it just plaster and paint that applies??

It is possible to frame out a ventilated wall with metal studs if you want to create an air gap against the exterior wall. However, I would recommend wallpapering directly on the plaster if it is sufficiently even. As long as you use regular wallpaper and not vinyl variants, there is no risk of moisture problems, and the worst that can happen is that the wallpaper comes loose.
