Hello!

I live in a house built in 1900 with a cold attic. We have an unfinished space that we want/are going to make into a children's room, and then need (I assume) to insulate against the outer roof and a small part of the frame. In the other rooms, there is treetex and plank wall before the "framework", but how should one think here when building walls and sloped ceilings? We currently don't have a room where we have a ceiling against the outer roof, so I'm not quite sure what is customary.

From what we understand, we have a very "nice" attic, so we really don't want to do anything that would worsen it. I gratefully accept suggestions for solutions!
