Instead of glulam 90x180: (45+45)x220?

I'm building an outbuilding/studio with a ridge beam. I have used the dimensioning program from Svenskt trä. For the ridge beam, it suggests, for example: Glulam L40c 90x180 (utilization rate 74%).

I wonder if I can take 2 pieces of 45x220 C24 construction timber (=90x220) and nail them together instead?
