Installing spiral staircase on underfloor heating
Just bought a house where there's underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. Now I'm about to install a staircase and am considering a spiral staircase. The previous owner has no drawings of where the loops are, making it difficult to drill the base into the floor. Any tips on what I can do to secure the staircase? I've been wondering if it might be possible to glue it instead of drilling. Anyone with tips/experience with that? Also looking for tips on how I might locate the loops in the floor if it's not possible to secure it without drilling in the base.
Thanks in advance

Gluing works just fine. What kind of floor is it? Otherwise, as mentioned above, a thermal camera is good. It also works in the summer if you change the setpoint on the heating curve for waterborne or on the room regulator for electric.S Sannelu said:Just bought a house with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. I would also appreciate tips on how I might locate the loops in the floor if it turns out I can't secure it without writing at the bottom.

It is natural stone and a laminate floor (still not entirely clear which floor the staircase will end up with). The laminate floor is the kind used commercially at train stations, etc. If it matters.
