Installing drywall, 3.5 m ceiling height?

Hey.

I'm about to start renovating our hallway soon but I'm trying to figure out how to install the drywall since the ceiling height is 3.5m.
If I put up one drywall sheet, there's 1m missing. If I add another drywall sheet, there's no recessed edge to spackle on.
Do I just put a tape and spackle it as neatly as possible, or does anyone have a good tip?
