Hmmm, how is it that some prefab house manufacturers have raw boards + gypsum, do they have such good quality on their stuff that it works? I thought they were trying to keep costs down...

One reason I would want raw boards is to have as little as possible of glue and other things that can be emitted into the home inside the plastic foil.

Without having calculated it much myself and just going by what I’ve heard, raw boards could also be cheaper if you do the job yourself and do not count labor costs...
Yes, I know that some house manufacturers use raw boards in the walls. Why? well, maybe they have access to their own forest and saw it cheaply, so it's an economic issue. But in terms of installation, osb is better in my opinion anyway. Even if you do it yourself, isn’t it nice if it’s quick too?

Raw boards are not cheaper if you check Buildingmax prices
OSB board each board 3 square (125 kr, 41 kr / square incl. VAT)
Raw board 22x95, 7 kr/meter, you need 11.4 m per square, = 79.80 kr per square

If you choose raw boards, it’s TWICE as expensive as OSB.

Raw boards are not cheaper if you check the prices at Byggmax.
OSB board each board covers 3 square meters (125 SEK, 41 SEK/square meter including VAT)
Raw board 22x95, 7 SEK/meter, needs 11.4 m per square meter, = 79.80 SEK per square meter

If you choose raw boards, it's TWICE as expensive as OSB.
Hmm, now I'm not following:
If you calculate based on raw board 17x95, the price, on the other hand, is 4.99/lpm, so it becomes 56.89 SEK/m2.
The price I find for OSB 11x2440x1197 is 129:- (http://www.byggmax.com/se-sv/Prod/PID-1009.aspx) which gives a price of 44.17 SEK/m2.

EDIT:
67.96 SEK/m2 for construction plywood might not be so bad...on the other hand, I'm not so impressed by the boards I bought from Byggmax, which were just such (http://www.byggmax.com/se-sv/Prod/PID-1005.aspx). Now maybe construction plywood is overkill behind drywall, where can you find cheap construction plywood boards?

EDIT2:
I have changed the numbers on OSB, I got it completely wrong, I had missed a parenthesis in my calculations! :)

I had calculated on 21x95 råspont, sure you can take 17 mm as well then it will be cheaper, and the byggmax sheets are 3 square but I saw that you changed that. And the price I wrote 125, it should be 129:- my bad...

Reviving an old thread with the question; how did it go? What size did you choose for the installation space?

Did it end up being råspont behind the plasterboard?

Your architect needs to read up. At least 2/3 of the insulation should be on the outside of the plastic, then it works fine.
What do you mean by at least 2/3 of the insulation should be on the outside of the plastic?

It is a rule of thumb to have at least 2/3 of the wall's insulation on the outside of the plastic. If the plastic is too far out in the wall construction where the temperature is lower, water vapor can condense against it in case of air leakage.
