I'm planning to replace patio doors and the front door that are installed in a brick wall. I'm a bit worried about what to do if the clamping screws end up in the joint. What should I do then? Does anyone have any tips?

I'm also considering if it might be smarter to order frames that are not pre-drilled so that I can drill and place them correctly myself? Grateful for any tips.

Or drill new holes where they fit and also put a cap on the "unused" ones/ LOB
