I have torn down the old garage door and the entire wall as I'm going to install a wider door. But I noticed now when I'm about to install the beam above the garage door that the floor slopes about 3 cm over a 2.54m wide opening where the door will go in.

Do I need to level the floor so it's completely flat where the door will go in, or are there, for example, strips that make the door seal anyway? Does anyone have full knowledge and can answer this, the company that's supposed to replace it is closed for the day and I need to get the wall completely finished this weekend :/

The door is a sectional door Hörmann GPE200 with motor if that makes any difference.

The poet's rubber strip does not take 3 cm, but they can install the gate straight, so you can fix the floor afterward. Inform them so they know, and don't install the gate crooked. Have had to install extra rubber strips on several gates when the floor hasn't been straight, but there is no ready-made solution as far as I know.
