Inspector who knows drainage in Örebro

Hello.

I'm not sure if this is the right forum section to bring up the question.

But there's a contractor who did the drainage 2 years ago. We closed the garage and built a concrete staircase as well. Now there's humidity at the old garage door. It wasn't there before.

The person who did the job is going to have an inspector come to check what the problem is (the contractor's insurance company is sending one because it's an insurance matter). It seems to advantage his side if someone from his insurance company comes.

I want to bring in an impartial inspector so everything is done correctly.

Can you recommend an inspector in Örebro who knows house drainage and is certified? Or do you have other suggestions on how to proceed?

I called them. They don't perform such inspections. What they offer is for moisture.

But thanks anyway.
