I need to find someone who can inspect the structural integrity of an old garage that is partially underground and where work is going to be done on top. It is built of concrete from the 1940s, and I think it would be good to check if the roof holds and to what extent.
What should I look for? Maybe someone even knows a company that does this in southern Stockholm?

It might be difficult to find a contractor that many also consider too expensive. 15-20 for a certificate
A guess since I haven't seen the garage:
A garage with a roof is built for snow load. If you build a building, let's say a guest room, the loads are entirely different.
The roof trusses need to be replaced to function as floor joists.
