Inspect crawl space with camera in Malmö?

Hello!

We are about to purchase a brick house built in 1959, without the possibility of inspecting the crawl space due to the absence of a hatch. According to the inspector, it is most likely a concrete slab. No mold smell has been detected.

How big of a risk are we taking without a prior inspection?

Do you know of anyone in the Malmö area who offers camera inspection through a vent to assess how it looks?

Risk constructions with foundations came later in the early '70s.

Most likely, according to the inspector, it is a concrete slab.

I agree with the inspector, most houses like that built in the 50/60s here in Skåne have concrete slabs.
