Impact sound mat between OSB + Pine floor

I will install an OSB board + solid pine flooring in line with an old pine floor.
Should I put in some type of underlay between the OSB and the pine floor?
I'm satisfied if I can achieve the same standard as the existing floor, and there I don't have an underlay. Is there a risk that the OSB and the pine floor will creak against each other?
