I know that you can buy these screws at IKEA, but I have also heard that Biltema (and possibly others) might have a similar version... what are these called and where can you buy them?

Theofils has, but I believe they only sell to companies. Otherwise, try a well-stocked hardware store.

Unfortunately, it's difficult with seizures against consumers. A good start can be knowing that the items really exist. These two German companies have everything, and many order from them (both with Swedish operations in Jönköping). But they sell to companies. When I worked at HTH-kök, we brought in items for customers from these. I worked in a so-called B-store (it wasn't owned by HTH). We had MANY suppliers. The service level was high, and we were very customer-oriented.

Sometimes you have to give up and order from another country online. As a consumer, it can sometimes be both faster and cheaper than ordering here at home, unfortunately. Use the Hettich catalog to find an English keyword and google it.
