Identify this product, cable setter / trim nail

Hello!

Bought a house and the previous owner used these to attach cables above the moldings.

I could really use more, where can I find these?
Or tips on even better products for laying cables along moldings if you don't want to use cable ducts or replace the moldings with cable moldings.
