Hydropress under the stairs, wet room?

Hello everyone,

We are going to build a house on a slab and thought that the incoming water from the well should go under the stairs, where the hydropress will be. From the hydropress, we can run water in the wall to the rooms that need it.

Do you think it's OK to do it this way? Does the hydropress need to be in a wet room? Is it a good idea to have the hydropress indoors instead of in a pump house?

Minimum floor drain and waterproofing across the entire floor and 10cm up the wall.
Linoleum flooring is a cheaper solution then.

I would rather have the water brought into a laundry room or utility room if available. This way, you can add more equipment in the future if needed and have plenty of space for adjustments.

Do you think it's OK to do so? Does the pressure tank need to be in a wet room? Is it a good idea to have the pressure tank indoors instead of in a pump house?

The water should still go to the water heater, right?
Then, it's easiest and most logical to run both cold and hot water from there to the kitchen, bathroom, etc.

As Corre writes, the laundry room (or wherever you have the water heater) is the natural placement.
