Hello, how should I solve something that supports next to my chimney? It should be a substrate for limestone tiles that will be placed next to the chimney. But how on earth should it be solved and what non-combustible materials can be used?

The only thing that comes up when searching for information is a 22mm particle board. It seems to be the universal solution for achieving support. Alternatives that appear are cross-laminated timber and plywood. That won't work in this case and their thickness to achieve support is also unclear.

It's a narrow area (15-20cm) so it shouldn't require much. Is gypsum sufficient? Floor gypsum? And if so, how thick? And how can I attach it to the chimney? A steel profile? There are steel studs, but it's difficult to find information about them too.

Wall adjacent to a fireplace under renovation, showing wooden beams, insulation, and an unfinished section where reinforcement for limestone tiles is needed. Wooden beams and insulation next to a chimney, with a measuring tape and a grey cable visible. A brick chimney base with surrounding wood framework and two metal plates, illustrating construction preparation for limestone tiles.

Build up a bit and cast a concrete footing.
Solid and non-combustible.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by building up a bit?

Add ground insulation (Rockwool/stone wool), leca balls or leca crush until you have about 7cm left to the top of the beam, reinforce and cast a concrete slab about 7cm thick.

See fribygg's reply.
You seem to have a bit of a gap up to the top edge of the beam, and it feels a bit over the top to cast all the way up.

Is it under the fireplace? Are there more fireplaces further down in the house?

If there aren't any chimneys that go downward and it's under the fireplace, wouldn't it just require a spark guard on the floor there, and it should work well to pull the floor chipboard towards the wall and place the stones on top?

Yes, sensible. But how do I build the form to support the ground insulation/lecakulor?
Below towards the basement, there is only a vapor barrier installed with battening to mount the ceiling against. And I can't put anything flammable there either. So the battening is set a bit away from the chimney but closer than the beam.
Yes, it’s the corner shown in the pictures with the long narrow compartments that in the future can become a flue for a boiler or the like. The other flues start above.

Where it is larger is below the tile stove and there I should be able to place combustible materials. But how should it be fastened to the chimney/foundation in the simplest way?
