How to solve ceiling and wall moulding with these corners

Hello

A temporary wall has been built in my girlfriend's apartment. The apartment is from the 1930s, and the original design of the walls involves the ceilings rounding down to the wall, not sure what that's called. This needs to be resolved either with a ceiling molding and some kind of trim between the old and new wall, or alternatively with latex caulking around. It's a rental, so I would prefer to set a molding and nail it to the temporary wall because I don't want any issues with the latex adhering to the wall when the wall is to be torn down. But I'm not sure how to make it look nice with these corners, I would be very grateful for advice.

Now it needs to be resolved with either a crown molding and some kind of molding between the old and new wall, or alternatively latex caulk around it. It's a rental, so ideally I would attach molding and nail it to the temporary wall because I don't want any issues with the latex sticking to the wall when the wall needs to be torn down. But I'm not sure how to do it nicely with these corners, I would be very grateful for advice.

They are plaster moldings as it appears..
There are similar ones in styrofoam that are glued on and then painted onto the ceiling..

Thanks for the tip. Had hoped not to have to paint the ceiling in the rental. Maybe I can pre-paint these in the same shade as the ceiling. Do you know if they have any sound-insulating properties?

You can glue them up and seal the connection and then paint them with a brush on site…
