How to saw between concrete slab and sill?
Hi!
I just started replacing the sill on our townhouse and hit a snag...
The sill is attached with embedded rebar that "just" holds the sill in place.
How can you go about cutting these off? I have about 4-5mm between the slab and the sill to maneuver, so it's impossible to get down to the slab with a Sawzall.
Today, I sat with a loose saw blade from a hacksaw and sawed. It took 15-20 minutes per rebar, and it's going to be many minutes on a 25-meter sill...
I am attaching a picture to show what I mean!
