How to rust-proof iron pipes that are part of the chimney?

Hello!

I have a wood-fired pizza oven in the garden. Parts of the chimney are iron pipes and they have started to rust. Is there any way to rustproof parts that will be exposed to high temperatures?
The oven isn't used all the time, so the weather does wear on the material.

Some heat-resistant paint like caliper paint or similar should work. Heat up the oven properly before using it for food. Then perhaps have some protection over the chimney when the oven is not in use.
