Hello!
Our house has a "fence" in some form of concrete with posts and pillars (see pictures). We believe it is cast with some form of rendering on (?). Probably made sometime in the 60s.

The fence has now started to deteriorate in several places and we would like to renovate it. My question is, who should we appropriately contact for this? What is this expertise called? Is it a mason or what?

Molds remain for the small animal reliefs that are on the pillars (see pictures), however, no molds for the pillars or other documentation that indicates what the fence is made of.

Concrete pillar top with signs of aging and a central hole, surrounded by grass and flowers. Peeling texture suggests weathering.
