I'm planning to close off a door, but the foundation under the door doesn't seem suitable as a base for a brick wall. What to do? Cast a block of concrete? Lay down stone and create a relatively even surface with mortar?
Doesn't seem suitable to build a wall on that.
Wider perspective. The porch is to be transformed into outdoor storage or something similar.
