Hello

I am in the process of building an outdoor kitchen that I have roughly designed according to the attached image.
I already have a garage with a wood panel.
The outdoor kitchen will be built with cinder blocks and plastered.
Then a countertop will be cast.
Ideally, I would like to place it against both the plastered wall and the countertop against the wooden wall, but I realize that it will rot quickly.
I'm considering an air gap or fiber cement board myself, but is there any other smart solution?
Please help me.

No one who has any idea?
