Hi, we are going to set up walls with staggered wooden studs (e.g., 70-stud on a 95-frame). I can't find anywhere how to practically proceed with the insulation. Is there special insulation that can be squeezed in where it narrows, or should you carve out for the studs? Does anyone have any insight on this?
Cross-section diagram of a wall with saxed timber studs, showing 95mm frame, 70mm timber stud, ISO's insulation, and 12.5mm gypsum boards on both sides.

There are slotted boards for that purpose.
Certainly not cheap...
Check the pdf manual available for download if you follow your link.

I've been thinking about whether you can use 45mm iso that you compress and then fill in between the gaps with thicker material. Slotted boards sound expensive and they also need to fit different types of CC measurements.
In the manual, I only found general instructions for insulation, nothing about cross-bracing studs. Have you found anything about that?

For steel studs though. Text describing board slots for certain insulation thicknesses to fit sheared steel frame.

I think it will work excellently as you planned.

A question (<-) is whether it’s just to cut at each bracket? I would try with a cut in the middle of the bracket and if it doesn't work, then two cuts and possibly remove a few centimeters of insulation.

Smart, in that case you avoid cutting up insulation further in the compartments.
