I am going to mount a swivel bracket/turntable/spinner between two equally wide boards (going to attach a board under a table).
How do I do it???
It's a bit tricky to reach when the bracket is to be attached to board no. 2. The bracket should be screwed in with the screws from the center where the ball bearing is and outwards...???

Screw the bracket into the lower board, then drill holes in the lower board aligned with the screw holes in the bracket, then screw the bracket into the upper board through the holes you drilled.
